Examples of Work:
Responsible for supporting the staff of the Hastings Regional Center/Hastings Juvenile Chemical Dependancy Program by performing a variety of tasks in a variety of areas. This includes: tracking the food items received in E1 for the Nutritional Services staff; coding invoices for Maintenance; backing up the staff at the switchboard; maintaining the attendance records for youth at the Regional Center; transcribing progress notes and other documents in AVATAR for Health Information Management; serve as timekeeper for various departments.
Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in performing office/clerical support or records management activities.
PREFER: Two to three years office support functions including Microsoft Office computer programs (word and excel) and office equipment (switchboard, copier, scanner, adding machine, etc.) Working independently with minimal supervision. Vocational/Technical diploma.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
