Region Sales Manager

Position Description:
Total marketing and sales responsibility for a $50 million Ground Water Development business in North America.
Develop and upgrade all Ground Water Development sales literature including brochures, parts catalogues and advertisements to maximize information sharing to our customers.
Manage all aspects of the Ground Water Development sales and marketing including quotation, pump application, order processing, contract administration and distribution systems.
Staff, manage and control the activities of the four (4) North American Ground Water Development distribution centers and location associates to insure proper stocking and on time delivery of all customers products and repair parts.
Closely monitor market trends and competitor activity and make appropriate recommendations for product line development, expansion and improvement to assure Flowserves market share remains at targeted levels.
Creatively manage all areas of responsibility to assure sales, profit margins and deliveries meet corporate profit plan levels.
Develop promotional strategies to assure the market position of the Flowserve products.
Assure staff associates of the Ground Water Development Team are fully trained and prepared to effectively carry out the assigned duties of their positions.
Develop marketing strategies for products and implement same to assure products are brought to market in a manner that provides for attainment of current stated goals and positioning to assure maximization of future growth opportunities.
Accountabilities:
Effectively manage a diverse sales, marketing and distribution staff.
Establish and maintain open lines of communications with management, sales, marketing, and production associates as well as customers and executive level associates.
Manage the complexity of the position in an innovative and creative fashion.
Handle work accurately and swiftly while under extremely tight time constraints.
Stay abreast of state of the art marketing and sales philosophies and product innovation and technological developments in irrigation.
Constantly challenge the status quo and revamp and revitalize processes.
Lead and inspire excellence in staff.
Position Requirements:
BS in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years experience in marketing and sales.
Minimum of five (5) years management/supervisory experience.
Minimum of five (5) years experience with rotating equipment.
Organizational, planning, administrative and leadership skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
