This role will answer phones, greet clients, assist, and direct them accordingly.
They will be responsible for handling mail and calendar inquires for their attorney assignments and will utilize a number of advanced features in Microsoft products and other programs for completion of their duties and responsibilities.
They will be responsible to format, proofread, and transcribe correspondence, pleadings, contracts, time entries, and other documents while maintaining files and deadlines.
Successful candidates have the ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
They have experience with advanced features of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
High School graduate required, Associate's Degree in the legal field and 1 to 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
