The Role:
As a Customer Care Representative, you're a key force in forging and nurturing relationships between our clients and our sales and service teams.
You'll engage potential clients, understand their needs, identify potential business opportunities, and prepare proposals.
You'll also inform potential clients about additional offerings, and provide comprehensive quotes.

Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential customers who reach out via internet inquiries, live chats, and phone calls on a daily basis.
Communicate with online customers and prospects through their preferred method to schedule appointments for vehicle interest or service needs.
Confirm appointments with customers before the scheduled date and follow up with those who are not ready or have missed their appointment.
Utilize a CRM, Omni-Tracking, and other related systems daily for efficient customer management.
Strive to meet or exceed specified monthly targets and goals for both sales and service divisions.
Requirements:
