Showcase offers a total home selection package of products including cabinets, countertops, plumbing, lighting, fireplaces, windows and doors.
Primary responsibilities include:
Greet walk-in's and qualify customers; work with them to set up appointments Provide customer tours of the Cabinet & Countertop side of the Showroom Use Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint to provide quotes for customers Use 20/20 Design Software to design & render cabinet plans Quote and Sell Stock Cabinets, Countertops and other stock items in the Showroom Help keep the Showroom clean and organized Skill set needed:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel 20/20 Design Software knowledge is a plus, not a requirement Knowledge of Cabinetry and Countertops to speak with customers Multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must! Ability to learn computer programs quickly Excellent, friendly customer service that goes above & beyond Excellent communication skills for both customers and co-workers We provide a competitive compensation package (rate will depend on experience) which includes excellent benefits, 401 (k) plan with employer match.
